USA Wii game Flickering on Screen?

I got the Wii ISO Backup loader working and this game Mario Kart is flickering on the screen. I have another game The Price is Right its NTSC-US an it dont flicker. also i checked it before burning it and it did say NTSC-USA on the Region Patcher from GBATemp.

I burned it at 4x speed with ImgBurn using a Maxell DVD-R.

so what did i do wrong?

That program is a LEAKED BETA.
Meaning it isn't supported and doesn't work with most things.

Buy a modchip.
