DVD architect render time?

Im rendering a dvd to folder from dvd architect 4.0 & its gone to 97% but its been there for over an hour, it still looks active (the clock is going round)

Is this normal?

The files im using are mpg's

Also im doing this on my laptop because for some reason on my PC when i click "make dvd" the PC crashes, does anyone know why this would be?
