BenQ drive making clicking sounds

I just got an xbox 360 premium 20gb hdmi with a benq drive and whenever it is reading discs it makes a clicking sound. I thought th ebenq drives were supposed to be quieter. Is there anything I can do to silence the clicking sound? I am talking about a clicking sound, not a constant rumble sound. Thanks.

the drive is having trouble reading the media, if you modded, then make sure you dont use poor media, if you are just a average joe who has never opened his xbox you are a victom of M$'s poor product, call them.

I bought it modded and I'm using verbatim dvd's. I tried an original copy of cod4 and it still made the clicking sound when reading data, but it was less loud.
