My firend has a psp on custom firmwar 4.01m33-2 and i have one the same. we play the same game and howcome his goes slow and mine plays normal speed?

is his cpu been set to a higher rate

is his a iso or cso

is his the full game or a game with bits ripped out

all that contributes to the speed of loading and playing
