Guys,

Sorry if this has been asked before, i've used the search feature, but couldnt quite find anything that answered this particular question. Im considering buying this SATA chipset:

But I do not want to purchase it, if it will not be able to Flash my Xbox 360 (Hitachi drive 0078FK). My PC doesnt currently have a SATA chipset, and im planning on purchasing that exact model a little bit later on this evening.
