i am using custom firmware 401 m33-2

This guide works, I have DC7. I like UUV3 better though. http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/610313

I am sure that the issue here is the IPL, you were not able to write it to MS. http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/55/610313#4172594 This shows you how to write the IPL code properly.
