Any reason to upgrade from 3.51m33?

Right now I have 3.51m33-7 cfw on my fat psp. Is there any need for me to upgrade?

I don't know what features the newer versions have, and what games need newer firmwares. Newer games like silent hill origins, crisis core, and N+ are working just fine, so what would be the benefits of upgrading?

If all the games you want to play still work on your firmware, and you're fine with all the "features" your firmware has, then there's not really much point in upgrading, there isn't exactly much you're missing out on =P
