i've tried backing up my kids dvd and i go to dvdshrink and when i open the disc it analizes til about 10% and stop and an erorr pops up and it stop and its only the newer ones cause i tried backing up my wifes sex and the city and it does the same thing do they have new code or what can i do

First of all, please use a sensible thread title. "getting errors" is less than helpful to those who would wish to help you.
