Silent Hill 3 Flashlight problem

I'm running Silent Hill 3 with 3d-analyzer 2.31 and Detonator 44.03 driver.. My video card is a Inno3d GeForce 4 MX 440 64mb 4x and my computer is an Athlon XP 2200+ / 256mb Ram / MotherBoard Asus A7V-8X
The game runs perfectly.. But there's only one big problem.. I turn the flashlight on, but it only iluminate the enemies and not the scenary, so when it's dark i can't see anything.. There's no way to play like that :(
Did anyone here experience the same problem? Someone know how to fix it? Any ideas?

2. One by-product of some of the workarounds implemented by 3danalzer 2.31 are that you get wierd stuff like what you are describing. :-) I dont think there is much that can be done
