I was playing Crisis Core and pressed start to pause it. I left for a little bit and came back to see where I was. I tried to save the game, but my PSP could not communicate with my card. I restarted, tried taking out the battery and the stick, but nothing happened. I decided I would reformat my card after I backed it up, but when I activate USB mode, it tells me that I need to format the stick before i can use it. Is there any way to back up the contents of the stick even though I cannot see the files?

Oh, and I tried another memory card and it read in my PSP fine, so it isn't the PSP itself.
