Copy of live audio cd - breaks in aplause

Using the only software I have - Nero - I am trying to copy a live concert cd but the between-song appluase always has a break in it, as if it were a normal song-by-song studio cd.
I cannot find any setting on Nero to prevent this. If Nero won´t do it, is there a software that will?
