Digivox FW 2.800 EPG time prob

Hi all, having a niggly prob with my EPG at the mo. Settings are : gmt +00.00 ,current time auto, summer time on.
While this sets the system time correctly, the EPG is an hour out ! Tried resetting it with summertime off and setting time manually but all this does is mess up the system time so everything is an hour behind! The proverbial Catch 22. Anyone got any ideas how to rectify this? I'd rather stick on FW version 2.8 as I tried version 4 befor and it was manky with setting faves, etc.
