Im new to this downgrading stuff so I have a couple questions probably easy for someone to answer.

1. I have a version 2.71 PSP (no TA-082 motherboard) I was wondering if i downgrade it to 1.5 will i still be able to play my new psp games and umd's?

2. Is there an easy way to downgrade, and a way to do it without access to someone who already has version 1.5 (for a file dump)?
