i got a 4gb kingston data traveler flash drive that wont work with my ar max

hey sup, i have an ar max and was told that the kingston datatraveler usb flash drive should be compatible with it, but it doesnt work

what i do is i download saves off the computer that are in .max format, and put them on my flash drive, then i put the flash drive in the ps2 and load up the ar max, then i go to max memory and go to the flash drive symbol, then i see no files no the flash drive :| even though i put files in there on the computer, so yeah can anyone tell me whats going on here? im tryin to get this to work for fire pro wrestling
