if a buy a pandora battery and mms with 4.01 M33 and put them in and push x. can i put in a regular battery and regular memory stick will it still have 4.01 M33?

Yes once you put in the Pandora battery and install the CFW you can put in your regular battery and memory stick. The CFW is flashed the to the internal chip in the PSP. Just make sure you follow the on screen instructions before shutting the PSP down with the Pandora battery in it.
