ConvertXtoDVD won't add srt subtitles, all threads read?

Hi, i have ConvertXtoDVD 3.0.0.9 and have read every thread on problems adding subtitles with this program but i still can't add any external srt subs.

They are recognised by the program and appear exactly as shown in all the guides, Subtitle (Stream 1) but they just will not add, any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

I had the exact same problem. Updated to 3.2 and it works fine.
