I've been using dvdshrink totally fine for a year now, then suddenly I'm noticing that in the preview window, it's only previewing for about 5 seconds. Then it goes to the main backup screen, like it's already for processing, but it only gives me subpicture and audio, and it's showing that they are all 0mb.. It's only showing subpicture and title menus as anything that I can record. Confused.

When are you using the preview window? During or after ripping?

It automatically uses it right after I click "open disc" it's before ripping.

Are using DVD Shrink as your ripper? As it is no longer updated and cannot handle some newer encryptions, this may be what is causing your problem.

Well, I'm using it along side of AnyDvd.. Any suggestions?

Try ripping to your HDD first with AnyDVD's ripper and then open the files with DVD Shrink.

Right click the Fox Head icon.




Select Rip Video/Dvd to Harddisk

When it's done ripping, open Dvd Shrink and select the title you just ripped.
