whats the best drives to get to read xbox360 games there is so many and there is some that are not available anymore i want one that reads the games and lets me make backups i already got a double layer burner i just need one that reads the games and were is the cheapest place to buy and the most trusted

I am also looking for the same thing. All the research i have done over the last few weeks either points to Ebay for the drives that arent really in stock anywhere as a new item. I saw some sites with the drives besides ebay but im not sure if they can be trusted.

As far as i can tell there arent any newer models out there that will do this. if there was i would have already went out and grabbed one retail. If you do find one please post info here.

I would recommend getting one off ebay that has kreon installed. I have a samsung 162d. I'm happy with it and it can read originals. The only thing is that it's read only. Any burner can be used, but make sure it's a dual layer burner and it says DVD+RL on the front. Good luck.
