Help needed: Wii Firmware

I'm a newbie in wii and have accidentally upgrade the firmware from ver 3.2U to 3.3U.
Can anyone help to advice how can I downgrade back to ver 3.2.

Because I have some game where i can play when the firmware is ver 3.2. after upgrade, i can't play these game anymore

As wiichess suggested. Install the HBC then use GeckoOS to boot them.
