Been new to this, advice would be appreciated on the best software so as to be able to download a DVD to my Hard Drive.Then to be able to import it into an editing program - edit and then save back into a new folder with the final product to be re copied to DVD.
I am not looking to copy copyright film, I have 10 DVD's of the band I Play with which have been filmed on Video and then copied over to DVD on a link up with a stand alone DVD Recorder, but all want editing into one quality DVD.
