Hi Guys,

I feel that I have read so many pages on this, in forum. - but cant seem to locate post with same problem.

I have the Micro AV - tried to get rid with Kaspersky. Laptop froze and I rebooted.

Thing is, it goes to "blue screen of death" and WILL NOT go to desktop or load in safe mode.

How can I get it working again, I use it for my buisness and it is VERY important that I get it sorted immediately.

I have tried all the VISTA and VAIO recovery tools but they dont work. - I have had it to desktop twice but it is so SLLOOW it pretty much frozen. - I cant afford to reformat and lose all my data.

Thanks in advance guys.

Hi mate,

Reason for title is you seem to know how to sort these problems out, so just wanted it to stand out so you would reply!! :o)

I had to give in to it mate and I took my laptop to a neighbour up the road who repairs things like this.

He got rid of it for me (using combofix etc) cost me £40 though!

I would have done it myself but seeing as i couldnt log into desktop, didnt know how to do it. - I think he took the HDD out and attached it to another computer and then deleted though that.

how would you have done it?

Thanks for reply anyway mate.

Hey oDUTCHYo

I would have used a boot disk. If the message on your blue screen is related to malware, then the boot disk would have worked.

Anyways, glad to hear that problems are fixed! If you have any more problems, feel free to post here!

Best Regards :D
