I have an 8 gig flash drive, I use my laptop to download iso and .rar files and I use my desktop to burn them so when using a flashdrive for transfering a 4 gig .rar file I dont have any problems but when I try to move the .iso to my flash drive it says your flash drive is full, how can I transfer .iso to my flash drive. I tried compressing it and it works but it takes a LONG time to compress a 4 gig iso file.
any help would be appreciated.

Probably your flash drive is formatted in fat32 filesystem. Fat32 only supports files up to 4 gigs. Reformatting it to NTFS should allow you to transfer full isos.
