I have bought a DVD that ended up being in the PAL format. I need to convert it to NTSC format. Any suggestions. I have DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter.

it looks like that guide is really more for a Divx movie.

his is a bought dvd so what you need to do is copy the dvd the your hd then open it with "VobBlanker".
right click on all the files that you can
then click "video attrib" and look for

"standard

NTSC
PAL"

just click ntsc on EVERY file then click process.
simple

EDIT

i recommed you try "anydvd" and "clonedvd" from
www.slysoft.com

the software you are using to copy dvd's is outdated all new movies have alot of copy protection on them that your software can't handle as its too old try them for FREE for 21 day trial

EDIT

vobblanker link

If you click onto the link for the converter, it says it's for converting any video file format, not just divx.

IFO EDIT will allow you to change the PAL IDs to NTSC. Doesn't actually converst from PAL to NTSC but allows to you watch the movie on an NTSC system.
