HELP can this part be replasable?

I JUST WANT TO KNOW IF I CAN REPLACE THE LITTLE BROWN CLASP THAT CONNCECTS THE LCD SCREEN TO THE PSP. THERE IS A BIG ONE AND A LITTLE ONE. I JUST WANT TO KNOW IF I CAN REPLACE IT. MY CUZIN BROKE IT
I COULD STILL CONNECT THE LCD AND IT SHOWS THE SCREEN BUT ITS DARK. AND I CANT SEE ANYTHING . ANY SUGGESTIONS?

That happened to me and I never really had to repair it (I dont know of a replacement part for that clasp anyway). But when I was fixing a broken screen the lock snapped off. but anyway i had to push the cable back in real hard and the backlight worked fine for me. The noly downside is my psp's a little more sensitive to shock now. But just jiggle it around and it should be fine. Hope this helps

You can't replace that part. You CAN, however, use electrical tape to stick the ribbon connector to that point on the motherboard.
