2 Easy Steps:

1. Use tsMuxerR to demux the subtitle of your choice (presentation graphic stream [PGS]). You should get a .sup file.

2. Use SupRip (http://exar.ch/suprip/) to ORC and convert to .srt. Particularly useful if you encode anime and want to include subtitles with your rip or import them into aegisub.
