i am having lots of trouble loading music, videos and games onto my memory stick. i carried version 3.90 before i got it modified to 3.71 or something like that after that it was updated to version 3.80 and now i cant put a thing on it even before that actually i coudn't put stuff on it please help

Hey I am A newby And I am having trouble with my psp.
I bought a Brand new ratchet and clank size matters umd,to play online.
it says i have to make a gaming name and on the website it says that i have to give them a network accecing code that came with my psp. I cant find it so a guy told me you should call sony to get a new cod.But I do not know there number.
SO IF YOU DO PLEASE REPLY BECAUSE I AM DIEING!!!!
