rewriting dvd's (with chapter order problem)

Can someone answer me?
I have several dvd's with the dvdshrink-nero 8 problem (wrong chapter order on dvd - on pc all fine). I know how to eliminate this problem for future writings (downgrade nero 8 ). But can i rewrite the dvd's with the problem, so i get correct dvd's?
If i copy the dvd's with clonedvd, the copy's of the copy's will they work? Or do i have to use another way?

You'll have to start over.
Yes you can use CloneDVD.
