can some one help me please im trying to burn xbox360 games ive downloaded and i keep getting this error im usiny verbatim dvd +r dl disks ive pasted the log below thanks.

That old drive and old firmware cannot read those discs correctly.

99% of all problems are between the computer and the chair.

thanks for getting in touch dialysis1 is there anything i could do to get it working as i havent got a clue thanks.

At the time these discs came out (2006) there were few writers that could handle them correctly. You could try searching for a firmware update. I would just replace the burner.
You might want to also look into adding some more ram to your system.

sorry about all the questions but how could i try a firmware update not sure how to try this thanks.
