DVD video VS UDF/ISO

I think I'm using Nero 6 not shore? But what I@m asking is what the difference bettewen the two? what should I be using to burn my DVD's? So that I can watch it in both my home DVD player and my xbox.

I've always had better results with DVD ROM UDF/ISO in Nero and infact, recently, when forcing 4x discs to write at 8x, they only worked using htis option, so its why i continue to use it. However, Herbsman, a Mod here, will tell you he uses DVD Video and has worked great for him. There is a guide in my signature for using the DVD UDF/ISO method.
