While i was surfing the net I stumbled on some strangely familiar games all in psx format.... I remember playing them on computer with a ps1 or a ps2 emulator.

What is psx? And howd we play them.

So in other words...I have to get certain certain firmwares to play them. That kinda stinks... Does 4.01 m33-2 fit to play PSX?

Unfortunately no, i search the net and it says some firmwares need a program or plugin for it to play psx.

Eg. 4.01 m33-2 needs popsloader. You could get it from http://pspiso.com/showthread.php?t=83780[/url]as well as get some other isos. You have to register and log in though.

Anyone has plugins to play GBA roms for psp?

you dont need plugins for GBA. You need the bios for GBA. try google and get the emulator from here http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/670970

We can't give you the BIOS or send you a link because it would be illegal. Just google 'GBA BIOS' and you'll find it.

I tried the GBA emulator on 4.XX CFW and it worked fine for me. I was using gpSP Kai v3.2 Test 08.

screw pspiso use psp-hacks.

you don't have to register there or anything and that's the in place to find out new developments or releases in the PSP Scene.
