Please excuse me if this is wrong forum. Working towards vcd back-up of dvd, when using tmpg to encode from vob to mpg, the resulting video has glitches (hitches) every 3rd or 4th frame. It looks like 2 frames are being interlaced one over the other. I have ran successful back-ups of several dvd's using same technique with great results, but the last 2 or 3 produces same results. Am using VCD Galaxy combo pack (incl tmpg). Have I caught an industry bug or are these dvd's encrypted with new technology? Would greatly appreciate any help, and if this is the wrong forum for this type of question, I aopologize. (p3 700mhz,384sdram) tyvm =o/
