When I open my xbc and select my kreon drive it wont let me press start its greyed out

In the GUI of XBC, at the top of the window it shows your drive, and next to it are two bubbles that you can check (one or the other). Sometimes (I don't know why), it's set to one bubble, and it will grey out the button to start dumping. You can try clicking the other bubble, and seeing if that fixes it.
