ISO file causing psp to automatically shut off

Im using CFW 3.71m33-2, i recently have been playing the game Patapon (336mb ISO file) it was working perfectly fine, until I had to paste it onto my desktop so I could format my memory stick, when i pasted it back onto my psp it couldn't load up my levels, opening the game and doing other stuff e.g. going to game inventory is perfectly normal but when i seletc a mission on the game, it goes black screen for 5-10sec and automatically shuts down.

I've tried all No UMD modes (m33, sony, OE e.t.c), haven't tried reformatting because it already happened when I pasted the game back into the psp and I've tried compressing the iso into a cso. There are no plugins in recovery menu. I dunno whats causing this, all my CSO/ISO files work perfectly except this one...(this game is one off my favorites too)

Any opening suggestions are welcome
