nero 7 dvd copy failed

im new to all this so i appologise for lack of information.
i cant copy a non protected dvd nero says burn failed, it did work without any problems, but i had problems transcoding and burning films just before burning failed. for some random reason that now works and i can transcode but not copy.i have 2 dvd writers and the same happens in both. below is the log.

It's making the image successfully... but your burner is unable to see/recognise the blank disk.
That's your problem.. duff disks ;) Would they be by any chance TDK 16x -R ?? If both burners are giving the same error it falls on the disks.. everything else looks OK.
8x is a very high speed for a machine with so little physical memory. You only have 167MB's free at the start of the process. While it is possible to burn dvd's successfully with less free memory you should think about cutting the burn speed to a realistic maximum of 4x to get decent results.

thanks for the very helpfull information.
my discs are datasafe dvd-r 8x, iwill get some better discs and change the burn speed as you said.
why would nero not transcode before but does now, did copy before dut wont now.
i will reply when ive tried new discs.
