Well...I need a step by step guide that show me how to create a magic stick with the software. I have read the faq that comes with this software but I still don't get it. I would like to create one that has all the custom firmware ranging from 1.5 to 4.01 M33-2 so that I could downgrade the slim one and update to whatever firmware I want. One of the things in particular that confuses me is that it asks you to load the official sony firmware.

Okay, the FAQ you read from the sticky is kinda old. So, it isn't getting updated.

Here is a detailed guide by larrylje. Remember to say thx if it helped.

It will give you the firmware 3.71 M33 to 4.01 M33. PSP slim can not get lower than 3.60 firmwares.

It seems that the thread does not answer my question and what I want is to make a magic stick with the PSP Pandora Deluxe v2.3 not the easy installer, which is not certain about what version it is. Besides, the thread just show you how to unbrick and install the firmware and it does not really tells you about how to modify your PSP with the pandora battery and magic stick. Well...For instance, I have just bought a PSP slim version one and then I would like to hack it or modify it with softmod and I do not wanna use some other guides out there that tells you about downgrade to 1.5 or whatever. What I want is HOW I CAN USE the PANDORA BATTERY and MAGIC STICK TO HACK THE ORIGINAL PSP into A CUSTOM PSP with the ability to run homebrew and play backup.
