Hello, I don't really know where oficial wii forums are so I'll just post here. I wanna buy modded Wii for my niece for christmass but bein PS3 person I don't really know what is new to Wii. I don't know what modchip or hack or whatever is good, how hard is it to burn games or where to go and buy already modded one. I live in Canada but Wii will b sent to my niece in Europe if that makes any difference. I can buy off ebay or online if deal is good. And I'd like to spend around $300 for modded console.

You are going to it difficult find a pre-modded Wii for $300.00 CDN or USD.

The price from a very reliable source in Canada is $439.00 USD.

The console itself (new, system only) is $249.00.

I believe that your expectations are unrealistic.

All of the other information that you are looking for is asked/answered on an almost daily basis.

I would have to agree. $300 for a new modded Wii system is very unlikely. There are some sites out there who do sell pre-mods but you have to find a reputable seller.
