Mod fat psp w/ slim battery

My friend has a slim pandora battery and I was wondering if I could use his to mod my fat psp. I've heard back and for things on different sites about how the slim battery will die after using it on a fat psp and others say that the slim battery won't even fit in it.

So can i put custom firmware on my fat psp with his slim pandora battery?

Hi there, i hate to be the bearer of bad news but the slim battery doesnt work correctly in the Phat version, if not at all.

i dont know what causes this but i recommend doing it Vice versa and modifying a phat battery in his, then ulocking yours then take it out of service mode in his again then you can use your regular battery again.
