Can anyone show me exactly a sata card on like a sellers website and also is there a sata card i can buy from somewhere that will be able to be used on any harddrive version?

You need to get a VIA6421 Chipset SATA Card. Here's one at Newegg only $11.99!

Yes, I've not had any issues when I used to mod back in the day. I've modded Hitachi's Sammy's and BenQ's and I never had a problem with that!
