Wii making weird noises while disc is in drive

The title says it all. While there's a disc in drive and i'm in the Wii menu the disc makes a strange stutterish/skipping noise.

What to do?

I bet it would probably depend on the noise or so. My wii will sometimes make a weird clicking noise, it'll do it a couple times and then just stop. I've had it since launch and never had any problems (knock on wood). So I would guess unless it sounds like something bad, or it is causing something wrong with your gameplay, would it be something you could live with?

It's just the the Wii makes weird noises. I don't think it's bothering gameplay but It's making me worried.
