hey hows it going? i had my little brother on my PS3 i usually keep it on auto-sign in but he erased the password and i can't seem to remember what it is? i've tried the lost password but i cant remember what i put either is there another way to get back in to my account or am i just SOL? help would be greatly appreciated! thanks

You will have to go through Sony support. Will take a while to get someone. Have your PS3 serial # handy. If you think that you have an idea of what the password is, remember that it is case sensitive.
