Hi, I'm running into this problem.
I was trying to make a SVCD from a DVB(pva) file.
Hear is my log:

The system cannot find the file specified
Could someone explain me why dvd2svcd asks for .d2v?
Of course I have no "DGIndex_Project_file.d2v" in Movie folder...
Hope someone can help me.
