I have had DVD Shrink for a while now. I purshased some DVD's from the UK. They won't play in mt DVD player so I used DVD Shrink to get a copy with REGION FREE. The Region Free box is ticked so it should copy and burn a DVD that I can play.The burnt DVD still must be coded for the UK and not Australia and wont play. Can someone please tell me how to fix the problem. Also what is the provider ID for

If you've got some fairly new DVD titles then Shrink will not be able to copy them for you. Try DVD Fab for this, and then once the encryption has been removed run them through Shrink so that they will fit onto a disk. You 'should' be ok to then shrink them as region free... or if you wish region 4 covers Oz.
Provider ID is not really needed from what I can see, but you can 'tag' a disk with additional info if you like
