I have a 7.84GB iso of a DVD. Is it possible to shrink it with DVDShrink to fit onto a single layer DVD-R? If so can someone point me to a guide or explain how I can go about doing this?

if not, is there another program i can use to accomplish this?

Open Shrink.
Click on File and then on Open disc image.
