MTK Intro Failed...flashing an m28

iPrep says our computer is compatible with dosflash.We are trying to flash an m28 drive using dosflash, but keep getting this error:

Flash manufacturer ID: 0X00, DeviceID: 0X00

Flash Type: MTK VENDER INTRO Failed.

Flash Size: 0 bytes

It detects our drive, but when we select it it says : Unknown Flash Chip!

I'd appreciate any responses.
