USB connection to XP problem.

Hey all,
Having a problem when trying to connect my PSP to my computer, running xp.

It's the old "Device has malfunctioned" Error but it says drivers are not being installed when I troubleshoot it. Really appreciate the help.

The PSP is the old fat version, not slim, and my Firmware version is 5.0.

Sorry for such a late reply. I think you should first insert your USB in and click on the USB button thing on the PSP. Then go to start, Control panel, add hardware and follow the wizard instructions. I know its not much help but its the best i can do!
