I currently am having trouble reading the text on Dead Space for Playstation 3. I have a television of about 32 inches, not high definition. The text on dead space is pretty small. Will a HDMI Cable for Playstation 3 fix this problem? Thank You!

First your TV has to have an HDMI input, though I doubt it would as you said your TV is not HD. You could opt for a better connection to your TV depending on what inputs are supported by your TV model. Below is the order of sd to hd from lowest to highest

SD
RF ~ cable screw in type
RCA or Composite ~ yellow (video) red/white (audio)
S-Video ~ 1 video connector with a few small pins to be used with RCA for audio

HD
Component ~ red green blue RCA type connection + this may have red/white RCA for audio
HDMI ~ trapezoidal connector that does audio and video over a digital connection

Now there is an exception as some TV's have a component connection but are not HD. Although that would technically be the best to use as on a SDTV as it would be @ 480p.

is there any way that I can have hdmi on ps3 with my television that is not hd?

The simple answer is no. If there is no HDMI port, your TV wont support HD content. You're stuck with the scart cable and blurred writing.

Even if there was a HDMI adaptor you could use, it's the TV that displays the picture so if it doesnt support HD it'll remain blurred.

i know http://clink.com.au/hdmi/hdmi_cables.htm website u can check HDMI Cable's propeties which one is suitable for u

I know what you mean, i played dead space at my friends house on a sdtv and i had to kinda maneuver the hologram around so that it looked bigger on the screen to make anything out. His is a 32" as well. And no if it isn't HD there is basically no chance of it having hdmi, besides it isn't clarity that is the issue here it's resolution.
