Can't copy Jimmy Neutron DVD??? CSS complaint

Not sure if this is the correct forum. I'm using DVD X-Copy Platinum or Express and neither get past the CSS blurb. The techies at 321Studios had me check the region the other day - was on Region 2 but today that's fine. Anyone know how to get around this?

DVDDecrypter it that will get you around the css issue......also try cleaning the disc sometimes it looks clean but can need cleaning up to 10 times afore it works .....even if the surface of the disc looks perfect........after you DVDecrypter DVD2One it to make it fit on a dvd+/-r
