problem with where to put folders on mem card

I have unpacked a file,can someone please explain where to put PSP_GAME folder and UMD_DATA.BIN on the memory stick, inside the PSP_GAME folder are 2 other folders; SYSDIR and USRDIR, inside the SYSDIR folder is UPDATE folder BOOT.BIN and EBOOT.BIN, in the update folder is DATA.BIN, EBOOT.BIN, PARAM.SFO.
Also in USRDIR is 2 folders DATA and MODULE.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

more than likly you have winrar set to open iso files copy and paste the zip file into the iso folder in the psp
