Hi Everyone,I was planing to spoof my lite-on key and put it on a samsung 28 ms but it appears that I need a VIA sata card in order to flash the drive so I thought that buying a Hitachi-LG will be cheaper so here is what I want to know:

1- Do I need a specific sata card to flash a hitachi-LG 47DJ drive?

2-has anyone with a GIGABYTE motherboard managed to flash his Samsung 28 ms with his on-board Sata ports?

3-I heard somewhere that hitachi drives scratch discs is that true?
