After a couple hours of research and one coaster created, I finally thought I had succeeded in backing up one of my DVD ROMs. I tried it on my Mac and on a stand alone player. Worked great in both places except I had no sound at all.

The DVD was created two different ways from Video_ts folder using Toast 6.01. Tried the "Video" tab and the "data" tab with the DVD-ROM (UDF) option checked. Both ways succeeded in making a playable DVD but without any sound.

All VOB files tested from the video_ts folder play just fine with sound on the computer.

Using a PowerMac Dual 1GHz G4, OS 10.2.8, Quicktime Pro 6.5 and Toast 6.01.

Thanks for any help,

Mitch.
